HustleFund

Ad agencies love to say, “everyone is creative!” and then ignore any ideas that come from outside the creative department. So we worked with our leadership at MullenLowe LA to get them to put their money with their mouth is. Enter the HustleFund: an initiative to support people’s side hustles and promote a more creative culture. We named, branded, and developed the program that awards one winner per quarter, from any department, up to $5K to make their creative idea into a reality. To get employees on board, we gave away the one thing that no one in the ad industry can resist – branded tote bags. Because we all know you can never have too many totes.
